What inspired you to get into this line of work?
After exploring different areas of law practice, I came upon probate administration and estate planning. I found that helping families navigate the important decisions regarding end-of-life planning to be particularly rewarding and chose to make it my primary focus.
What's one piece of insight you wish all families knew?
Laws vary from state to state and the circumstances that can arise when you do not have a plan in place can be quite surprising and difficult to deal with. I had several clients who became co-owners of their home with their minor children because they did not have an estate plan in place when their spouse passed away.
What excites you most about working with Addio families?
