I joined Alloy Capital in 2019 after over 20 years with The Boeing Company. I am a graduate of Seattle University and received a master's degree in finance. I also have an engineering degree from the University of Washington and spent over 30 years as an engineer.
I live in Poulsbo, Washington, am married and have two sons. When not in the office, I enjoy spending time with my family. I am also involved with the North Kitsap Band Boosters and Rotary Club of Silverdale.

What inspired you to get into this line of work?
When I was a manager at the Boeing Company, one of the most rewarding aspects was guiding people in their careers and having the opportunity to help position them to be successful. The desire to position people to succeed along with my interest in finance inspired me to change my career where I could help more families achieve their goals by providing financial advice.
What's one piece of insight you wish all families knew?
Having families understand that investing your money wisely and growing over time can be powerful. Combining this strategy with tax deferral by using appropriate investment vehicles they can maximize the benefits. Their earnings can grow tax deferred making it an excellent way to build long-term wealth.
What excites you most about working with Addio families?
I have been through being the one who is a power of attorney for my elderly mother. I know the challenges to knowing where the information is and what is needed. Addio is a great piece of software that helps people prepare for and navigate these issues.
