Addio, in most instances, does not store any of this personal information. Addio is designed to delete the data after the merge function is complete. However, upon special request of a user, Addio may store merged data that may include encrypted personal information on our cloud computing provider until the user can securely download this data. After the download, Addio deletes this information.
